Return and Refund Policy
- We can refund the purchase price or exchange those products you’ve purchased subject to the following conditions.
- Item(s) must be returned within (7) calendar days upon receipt
- Unused Condition
- Complete Packaging with Accessories / Labels still attached
- Not Damage
- Photos/Videos may be required for initial investigation
- Underwear and swimwears are not eligible for a refund or exchange
- All returns must be inspected and processed before providing resolution.
- Every return will be inspected to ensure it is the correct item being returned and for the condition of the item as claimed. In the event of an unsubstantiated claim, the return will be considered an unsatisfied item. Tcat Philippines may conduct an independent investigation of the item, or may choose to consult with manufacturer representatives to determine if the claim of defect is substantiated.

- Wrong Item Delivered
- Original [unopened] packaging (with seal)
- Corresponding delivery fees, if found that the item was delivered correctly
- Photos may be required for initial investigation
- Missing Parts / Incomplete Packaging
- Item is not as advertised / Does not match the listing
- Change of Mind
- Actual pull out and delivery fee is applied and charges may vary. Fees for large items or items for special handling may be higher. For FREE DELIVERY items, portion of the delivery charge is calculated. Our customers service representatives will notify you with the estimated fees before the scheduled pull out or delivery.
- Tcat Philippines has the right to charge delivery fees or has its discretion not to replace/refund the item to the customer if found that the returned product has been tampered/manipulated by the customer.

- Upon approval of TCAT PHILIPPINES, the approved amount will be refunded to you using the original payment method and will be processed through the following:
- 1. Credit Card / PayPal Reversal- for products purchased using credit card. Reversal usually takes 30 business days from the receipt of request and may vary depending on the issuing bank.
- 2. Tcat Credits – for customers who choose Tcat credits for refunds. The processing takes 7-10 business days upon approval.
- 3. Cash Deposit - For products purchased through COD, Bank deposit and 7-Connect, the equivalent amount will be deposited to the customer’s bank account. Refund process usually takes 7-10 business days from completion of requirements.
- * Bank Fees may apply for Banks outside Metro Manila - Applicable only for Change of Mind.
